Here I am finally getting up a post. These are our Christmas photos for 2010. Ashley W. of Lovelock and Co. took these and they turned out fabulous!

Preschool

Nia is doing so well with preschool this year. We are working on letter and number recognition...so far we have 123 and ABCD down. She is also doing a lot of memorization. Here she is tracing C's in corn meal.

Pretty Rosie!

Rosie is getting bigger and bigger! She weighed in at 17 lbs. yesterday! Here's a little video (Grandpa and Grandma!) to see how big she is getting.

Finally finished!

I picked up this dresser for Nia's room a few months back. It's an antique and the finish was old and worn so I repainted it. It also had gorgeous pulls that somehow dissapeared (I'm guessing my almost 2 year old daughter had something to do with it:) so I ordered some replacements and it's finally useable! Not sure how I feel about the gold handles, but they'll age naturally and Nia's clothes will finally be off the floor!

Nia's 4th Birthday Party

My little Nia keeps getting bigger and bigger! She is 4 years old today! We had a birthday tea to celebrate. We had lots of yummy treats, good friends, and of course presents. Nia had such a good time!

The girls!

We went to the school yesterday and Aunt Melissa took pictures of the girls and their cousin Lyla. They are all getting so big! Nia started preschool and is writing her name (she is very impressed with herself!), Emilia is causing as much trouble as she can and making us all laugh(most of the time:) in the process, and little Rosie is my angel baby, already sleeping through the night and never crying except to tell me she needs something. Lyla has been a great little addition! Her cousins love playing with her (and bossing her arround occasionally:)

Weekend projects...

Well we have been busy! This weekend we had our new patio poured. I has been so fun to fix up our home and it's looking fabulous by the way! (we are so blessed) And I am sanding down and repainting an antique dresser for Nia's new room (pictures to come), but for now here are some photos of the patio before, during, and after construction....

Fun with playdough!

We made our first attempt at homeade playdough. It was a little sticky, but the girls still had fun. Nia got creative and made a "burrito", Emilia felt that it worked better as a snack!

Rosie (our little chunk!)

I apologize for never updating this thing! But I promise to be more dilligent at blogging in the future. ...

Here is our little Rosie at 6 weeks. She was our biggest baby at 7 lb. 15 oz. and is continuing to surpass her sisters...she is now almost 12 lbs. We are enjoying her so much...sweet baby girl!
